Our crêpes are prepared from the organic flour of ancient wheats. On their traditional addition of eggs, sugar and milk. It is possible to replace cow's milk with vegetable milk according to the diets.
All our coulis are homemade. We limit the maximum use of industrial food products. That's why La Plaque Tournante has created its own spread consisting of roasted hazelnuts, brown sugar (or agave syrup) and chocolate.
