At La Plaque Tournante, no industrial products or strange compounds.
We cook in our laboratory with fresh products, bought directly from our suppliers in Midi-Pyrenées or on the market, mostly from organic or sustainable farming !
We chose to go to the market, to meet local producers, to peel, to cook, and the taste is incomparable.

We cook all our products in our laboratory located in Miremont far from 30 km south of Toulouse.


It is also where we can receive you for a meeting or a tasting.
